🧭 Support Portal Guide

Your step-by-step guide to creating incidents and managing support cases in the KYP.ai Support Portal.


1️⃣ Introduction

This guide will help you:

  • Access the Support Portal

  • Create and manage incidents

  • Communicate with the KYP.ai Support Team

  • Reset or change your password


🔐 How to Access the Support Portal

Portal Link: https://support.kyp.ai/support/login

🔑 Account Activation

Before logging in, your account must be activated.

📧 To request activation, email support@kyp.ai with:

  • Your full name

  • The email address for receiving the activation link

Once verified, you'll receive an email titled "KYP.ai User Activation" with a link to set your password (you have 30 minutes to access the link, if you will not manage that: email support@kyp.ai).

📝 Account Setup

Clicking the activation link will take you to the setup screen:

  • Enter your full name

  • Create and confirm your password

  • Click Activate and Log In

🔁Resetting or Changing Your Password

If you forget your password:

  1. Go to the Support Portal login page

  2. Click "Forgot your password?"

🖱️ Enter your registered email and click Reset My Password.
📬 You'll receive an email with a link to create a new password.


🛠️ Using the Support Portal

🚨 How to Create an Incident

  1. Log into the Support Portal

  2. Click Submit a ticket

📝 Fill out the form:

  • Subject – short description of the issue

  • Priority – select based on urgency

  • Description – detailed explanation of the issue, including steps to reproduce it if possible

  • 📎 Attach any relevant screenshots or files to support your case


📂Managing Existing Incidents

Once you've submitted a ticket, you can:

  • View all your open incidents

  • Communicate with the support team via comments

  • Mark a ticket as Resolved once your issue is solved


⚠️Troubleshooting Login Issues

Check your local login to the KYP.ai platform. Make sure your KYP Connect App is active, and the icon is visible in the system tray.

🔐 Access the New Portal

If you already have an account: ➡️ Simply log in to the Training and Certification Portal using your existing credentials. Once logged in, you’ll have access to all training modules and certification programs in the KYP.ai Academy.

🆕 New to Our Programs?

No worries! If you haven’t registered yet, you can easily get started here: ➡️ New User Registration

Just follow the steps under the "Request Access" tab. You’ll receive an activation email to complete your account setup.
