This guide explains how to self-register for a KYP.ai Unified Login account, which provides single-account access to multiple KYP.ai portals and services.

Why am I unable to log in with my Microsoft account?

There are two common reasons why logging in with your Microsoft account might fail:

  1. Access to the KYP.ai platform has not been granted by your organization.
    Please ensure that your IT or Microsoft 365 administrator has approved access to KYP.ai within your company’s Azure Active Directory. If the app is not allowed, login attempts will be blocked.

  2. Your email domain is not on the KYP.ai allowlist.
    KYP.ai uses a domain-based allowlist to control which organizations can log in. If your email domain (e.g., @yourcompany.com) has not been added to this list, login will be denied.

Why do I see the message “This domain is not allowed” when trying to register?
