π How to Collect and Send KYP.ai Logs on macOS
If you're experiencing an installation issue with the KYP Connect App, our support team may need logs from your system to help resolve the problem. Follow the steps below to locate and send your logs.
ποΈ Step 1: Reveal the Library Folder
By default, the Library folder is hidden on macOS. Hereβs how to make it visible:
Open Finder.
In the top menu bar, click Go > Computer.
Navigate through the following path:
Macintosh HD > Users > [Your Username]
In that folder, Right-click anywhere and select:
Show View OptionsIn the menu that appears, check β the option:
Show Library Folder
You should now see a folder named Library in your user directory.
Or you can navigate to it using below points:
Open Finder.
Click Go in the menu bar and select Go to Folder. Or use the Cmd+Shift+G key shortcut.

π Step 2: Find the Logs Folder
Open the newly visible Library folder.
Inside, navigate to the Logs folder.
Look for the KYP folder within Logs β this is where the Agent stores its log files.
π¦ Step 3: Compress the Logs
Right-click on the
KYP
folder.Select Compress "KYP" from the context menu.
This will create a
.zip
file in the same location.
π€ Step 4: Send the Logs to KYP.ai Support
Open your browser and go to:
π https://support.kyp.ai/Upload the compressed
.zip
file you just created.Submit your request β and youβre done!
