If the system time on a user's computer is not properly synchronized with their actual time zone, the KYP Connect App may fail to collect data.

π οΈ Step-by-Step: How to Synchronize System Time
βοΈ 1. Open Date & Time Settings
Click the Start button and select Settings (βοΈ).
In the Settings window, go to Time & language.
Click on Date & time.
π 2. Enable Automatic Time Sync
Under Date & time, turn on:
β Set time automatically
β (Optional) Set time zone automatically β if youβre traveling or changing time zones frequently.
This ensures your system keeps time aligned with Microsoft's time server.
π 3. Adjust Time Zone (If Needed)
Still under Date & time, locate the Time zone section.
Choose your correct time zone from the dropdown menu.
