How to Collect and Send KYP.ai Logs (macOS)
If you're encountering installation issues with KYP.ai, our support team may request log files to help identify and resolve the problem. Follow the steps below to access and send your KYP.ai logs.
👁️Step 1: Make the Library Folder Visible
To access KYP.ai log files, you first need to make the Library folder visible in Finder:
Open Finder.
In the top menu bar, click Go > Computer.
Navigate to:
Macintosh HD > Users > [Your Username]
Right-click anywhere in the window and select Show View Options.
In the options panel, check the box labeled Show Library Folder.
📂 Step 2: Locate the KYP Logs Folder
Open the now-visible Library folder.
Navigate to:
Library > Logs
Inside the Logs folder, locate the KYP folder. This contains the KYP Agent logs.
🗜️Step 3: Compress the Logs Folder
Right-click the KYP folder.
Select Compress "KYP" from the context menu. This will create a zipped version of the folder.
📧Step 4: Send the Compressed Logs to KYP.ai Support
